Music executive Ubi Franklin clarified that he is not Davido’s personal assistant or nanny, despite being referred to as such by some individuals.
Ubi Franklin stated that he works as a business administrator and is referred to as a solutionist by the afrobeats singer.
He wrote, “Ubi is the CEO of Mademusicg, and if you see me working for Davido, it’s because I have the required qualifications and experience to do the job of a business administrator.
“David calls me #thesolutionist, do with that what you want. Definitely not his PA or nanny like most of you have tried to taunt me with. If that makes you happy, so be it. I am on the business end, and that’s where I’ll always be.”
Nigerian artist Timaya had previously called Ubi Davido’s employed nanny in a tweet, and Davido himself playfully teased Ubi by calling him a nanny while on a jet together in October 2023.
