During a guest appearance on Lil Yachty’s A Safe Place podcast, rapper Lil Baby, whose real name is Dominique Armani Jones, shared that he lost between $8 million and $9 million in a single day of gambling.
This shocking realization led him to quit gambling for good and get his habit under control.
“$8 million,” he said when asked what was the most he’d lost. “Like one day, probably like 40 hours straight, I lost like $8 million, $9 million. I made myself stop gambling.”
He continued: “I had (4PF rapper and global digital sports platform Fanatics CEO) Mike Rubin write a letter to every casino and ban me from the casino. I just do s**t. I don’t gamble no more.”
Known for his successful mixtapes Harder than Hard and Too Hard, Lil Baby is gearing up to release a pair of albums in 2025, with the first one titled WHAM (Who Hard As Me) scheduled to drop on 3 January.
