Power Rangers actor, Hector David Jr. was sentenced to jail in July 2024 for assaulting an elderly man.
The actor received a 180-day prison sentence, with 135 days suspended after pleading guilty to misdemeanor battery.
Judge Matthew B. Schelstrate also required the Power Rangers actor to maintain good behavior to avoid serving the additional 45 days in custody.

Additionally, David must complete 100 hours of community service and will be under supervised probation for two years.
The incident occurred in a Nampa, Idaho parking lot where David got into a confrontation with the elderly man over a parking spot.
He pushed the man to the ground and fled the scene in his truck. After an arrest warrant was issued, David was charged with battery by law enforcement.
