Popular gospel singer Lawrence Oyor has expressed shock after a video surfaced online showing crossdresser Idris Okuneye, better known as Bobrisky, dancing to his hit song Favour.
During a recent sermon, Oyor admitted he was surprised to see Bobrisky enjoying the gospel track.
“I saw one of our guys, the most unexpected guy on the internet, singing Favour. I almost denied the song,” he said, sparking laughter among his audience.
The gospel minister continued, “I know some of you didn’t see it, but I don’t know how it got to me—someone sent it. I saw Bob, a very risky Bob, singing Favour, he surrounds me like a shield.”
Oyor revealed that he had to watch the video repeatedly out of sheer disbelief. “I had to watch it three times, the shock! You too? And he said that song is the summary of the message. I have never doubted myself like that before. How? Like I told you last week, something is happening.”
In the viral clip, Bobrisky could vibrate to the song while attributing his success and good health to divine favor.
Despite undergoing seven surgeries, he still looks fresh and healthy, crediting God’s mercy for his well-being.
The unexpected connection between Bobrisky and a gospel hit has sparked mixed reactions among fans, with some calling it a testament to the power of music that transcends boundaries.
