The certification, conferred by the National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing (SNEP), acknowledges albums that exceed 50,000 unit sales within the nation.
In conjunction with tangible and digital sales, SNEP incorporates streaming statistics into its certification framework, with Gold status also achievable through a cumulative total of 10 million streams.
Omah Lay has attained extensive recognition through chart-topping singles such as Soso, Attention, and Understand.
Before the debut of Boy Alone, he had cultivated significant momentum with two Extended Plays (EPs), namely Get Layd and What Have We Done.
The triumph of Boy Alone persists as the 14-track compilation upholds robust streaming figures and receives critical acclaim.
