Green Africa has temporarily suspended its flight operations due to an unforeseen problem with its aircraft lessor.
The airline confirmed that flights will be grounded until after the Eid al-Fitr holidays, despite efforts to prevent disruptions.
In a statement released on Monday, Green Africa expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to customers and assured them that they are working diligently to resolve the issue promptly.
“We sincerely apologise to our valued customers who will be impacted by this disruption.
“Please rest assured that we are actively working towards ensuring that we are able to resume operations in very short order”, the airline said.
While the airline did not disclose specifics about the issue with its lessor, they emphasized their commitment to transparency and customer service.
Green Africa advised affected passengers to stay informed through its official communication channels.
