Nollywood actress and new mum Olayinka Solomon has shared an uplifting message for single mothers, emphasizing the challenges and sacrifices of raising children alone.
In a joint post with Mercy Aigbe, Solomon stated that no woman truly finds happiness in raising children with different fathers, as the journey is often filled with struggles rather than peace.
She highlighted the difference between fathering a child and raising one, pointing out that while any man can contribute sperm, it takes a real man to stay and be a father.
“Sperm donors are plenty, but real fathers are rare,” she remarked, adding that the responsibility of being a dad is what separates boys from men.
She further acknowledged the emotional weight carried by women who have children from multiple fathers, as they constantly strive to balance emotions, expectations, and stability for their kids.
A Message of Strength for Single Mothers
Encouraging single mothers, Solomon assured them that their strength is unmatched, their love is unstoppable, and their sacrifices shape a brighter future.
“Behind every strong child is a single mother who gave everything, even when she felt she had nothing left,” she added.
The message was shared as part of a project produced by Mercy Aigbe under Adekaz Premium TV, hinting at a deeper storytelling initiative centered on single motherhood.
