Immigration officials have reportedly arrested Controversial Nigerian socialite Bobrisky upon landing in Nigeria.
The self-proclaimed “Mummy of Lagos” took to social media on April 1, 2025, to share the news, writing:
“Guys, I have just been arrested by immigration in Nigeria. I don’t know what I did o.”
Bobrisky’s alleged arrest comes just months after relocating to the UK, following his legal troubles with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and his highly publicized feud with social media critic VeryDarkMan.
This isn’t the first time Bobrisky has had a run-in with Nigerian law enforcement. In April 2024, he was sentenced to six months in prison for naira abuse, after being found guilty of spraying and mutilating the Nigerian currency at public events.
Later that year, he was reportedly arrested at the Seme Border while attempting to leave Nigeria, with immigration authorities labeling him a “person of interest.”
