Carlo Ancelotti Set to Leave Real Madrid After Champions League Exit — Roma Tipped as Next Destination

BREAKING: Carlo Ancelotti has been appointed Real Madrid manager for the second time

Veteran manager Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly nearing the end of his second stint at Real Madrid, with his departure expected in the coming weeks following the club’s Champions League quarter-final loss to Arsenal.

According to Sky Sport UK, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is already preparing a respectful farewell for Ancelotti, which could take place after the Copa del Rey final on April 26.

Ancelotti, who returned to Madrid in 2021 and delivered key silverware, is now being heavily linked with a return to Serie A, with AS Roma eyeing him as a potential replacement for Claudio Ranieri.

The 64-year-old Italian coach has been on Roma’s radar for months, and talks could accelerate once his exit from the Santiago Bernabéu is official.
