Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa, recently discussed her views on marriage, expressing her willingness to consider polygamy.
On a recent episode of her podcast, Toke Makinwa mentioned that she would be open to being a second, third, fourth, or even fifth wife, citing the challenges women often face in marriages and emphasizing the importance of prioritizing mental health.
“At this point in my life, if I have the opportunity to marry again, as a second, third, fourth or fifth wife, I will take it”, She stated.
While some have interpreted her comments as a light-hearted take on marriage, others have engaged in online debates over her remarks.
Toke Makinwa, who was previously married to Maje Ayida in a private ceremony in 2014, had their marriage dissolved in 2017 due to Ayida’s infidelity.
