Manchester United and Manchester City played to a goalless draw in a lackluster derby match on Sunday, with City’s Champions League hopes taking a hit as a result.
City sits in fifth place with 52 points, one point behind Chelsea, while United is in 13th place with 38 points.
The match, which started off slow at a sunny Old Trafford, saw limited scoring opportunities for both teams in the first half.
In the second half, City’s Omar Marmoush managed to test United goalkeeper Andre Onana with a strong shot from distance, while United’s Joshua Zirkzee forced City keeper Ederson into a great save with a powerful strike.
