Ex-Super Eagles coach, Oliseh gets new appointment

Sunday Oliseh, ex-Super Eagles coach, has been appointed to the International Football Association Board (IFAB).

Oliseh announced the news on his official X account on Monday.

He wrote: “Thrilled to announce my appointment to the International Football Association Board (IFAB)!

“IFAB is the global guardian of football’s laws, responsible for determining the laws of football, shaping the beautiful game for players and fans worldwide.

“Honored to contribute to its mission!”

As a member of the IFAB board, he will collaborate with notable figures in the football world, including former Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger.

Wenger, who currently serves on the Football and Technical Advisory Panels, has previously worked with the former Super Eagles coach in FIFA’s technical study group.
