Tory Lanez’s legal team has not yet filed any new evidence in court related to the Megan Thee Stallion case.
The alleged new evidence, which claims that Kelsey Harris shot Pete instead of Lanez, was brought to light during a recent press conference held by Lanez’s legal team on May 14th.
Despite this revelation, Lanez’s team has not included this claim in his ongoing appeal case, as reported by legal reporter Meghann Cuniff.

“The claim about new evidence hasn’t been filed in the appellate case. Until it is, it’s not going to factor into anything.”
The ‘Savage’ rapper’s attorney, Alex Spiro, released a statement in response to the allegations. He states:
“Tory Lanez was tried and convicted by a jury of his peers and his case was properly adjudicated through the court system,” he said. “This is not a political matter — this is a case of a violent assault that was resolved in the court of law.”
These developments follow Lanez being stabbed 14 times on May 12th.
