Ayomiku Alabi, daughter of renowned gospel singer Tope Alabi, marked this year’s Father’s Day by celebrating two special men in her life—her stepfather, Soji Alabi, and her husband, Oluwole Bantale.
The singer and content creator shared a heartfelt video with Soji Alabi and a photo of her husband on Instagram, writing:
“Happy Father’s Day to the Loves of my life @officialpopesojialabi and @bantelmotors. May the joy of fatherhood never leave you. I love you both so much.”
Ayomiku married Oluwole Bantale in a private ceremony on March 12, 2025, where her stepfather proudly walked her down the aisle.
She later praised Soji Alabi for being a constant father figure in her life, describing him as a man who “loves [her] beyond words.”
However, the event stirred controversy when her biological father, Mayegun Olaoye, resurfaced online, claiming he had been estranged from Ayomiku for over 20 years and was excluded from the wedding.
Despite the renewed debate, Ayomiku has stood firm, declaring Soji Alabi as the only father figure she acknowledges.
