Police in Los Angeles are currently investigating a burglary at a residence believed to belong to Hollywood star Brad Pitt.
According to law enforcement sources cited by NBC News, the break-in occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday at a property in the upscale Los Feliz neighborhood. Pitt, 61, was reportedly not home at the time.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to The New York Post that three unidentified suspects forced entry into the house and ransacked the property, making away with an unspecified amount of valuables.
While authorities did not officially name the homeowner, multiple reports—including images released by TMZ—point to Pitt’s residence as the target.
Sources claim the suspects gained access to the home by scaling a fence and breaking in through a front window.
The extent of the damage is unclear, but repair workers were seen outside the home the following morning, suggesting efforts to secure the property are underway.
The break-in coincides with Pitt’s high-profile appearance in London on Tuesday for the premiere of his new film F1, in which he stars as fictional Formula 1 driver Sonny Hayes.
Pitt was accompanied at the event by his girlfriend, jewelry executive Ines de Ramon, and also reunited with former co-star Tom Cruise, marking their first public appearance together since 2001.
Authorities have not yet announced any arrests or identified suspects. The investigation remains ongoing.
