Israel Afeare, popularly known as Israel DMW, has issued an apology to his boss, Davido, after dragging the singer’s name into his ongoing social media clash with reality TV star Phyna.
In a recent statement, Israel clarified that referring to Davido as merely a “friend” was inappropriate, emphasizing the depth of his loyalty and gratitude toward the award-winning musician.
He wrote:
“Calling 001 my friend is absolutely wrong. He’s my saviour, my benefactor, my oga, my own president, my everything. If I should come another life again, I will be with him.”
This clarification comes in the wake of Phyna leaking their private chats, which triggered widespread discussions online about Israel’s relationship with the superstar singer.
Israel’s heartfelt message has since stirred reactions among fans, with many praising his loyalty and devotion to Davido.
