48-year-old American rapper Pusha T has reignited tensions in the hip-hop scene by aiming at fellow rapper Travis Scott, 34, in a newly released diss track.
A snippet of the track, shared on Pusha T’s Instagram page on Tuesday, features the Virginia rapper alleging that Scott once broke down in tears over his split from reality star and business mogul Kylie Jenner. Pusha T further claimed he possesses footage of the emotional moment but has refrained from releasing it publicly.
“You cried in front of me, you died in front of me. Calabasas took your b*tch and your pride in front of me. I got the video I can share and AE it, I can’t unsee it, lucky I ain’t TMZ it,” Pusha raps on the track.
In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, Pusha T shed light on the reasons behind his feud with Travis Scott, branding him as “corny” and accusing him of lacking loyalty — a quality Pusha says is central to his own personal code.
He recalled an incident in Paris where Travis interrupted his studio session to preview an early version of his track “Meltdown.”
However, Pusha expressed frustration that when the song was officially released a week later, Drake’s verse had been removed, despite Drake and Pusha T’s ongoing rivalry.
Pusha also criticized Travis for performing alongside Future and Metro Boomin during a show last year, where they teased “Like That” — the song containing Kendrick Lamar’s explosive verse that escalated his beef with Drake.
“He [Travis Scott] doesn’t have any picks, no loyalty to anyone. He jumps on whatever he thinks is hot or clings to whatever’s hot,” Pusha T told GQ.
The diss has sparked conversation online, with fans speculating about how Travis Scott — or his camp — might respond.
