Nigerian music icon D’banj marked a special milestone on Wednesday as he celebrated nine years of marriage with his wife, Lineo Kilgrow.
The 45-year-old singer took to Instagram to share romantic photos of himself and Lineo, along with a heartfelt message:
“Happy Anniversary, My Queen. It’s been 9 years of love, laughter, greatness, and beautiful children. You’ve given me inner peace and purpose… 100 more years to go, my love, so help us God. Lineo, I love you till infinity.”
D’banj and Lineo tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2016, keeping their relationship largely out of the public eye. The couple welcomed their first son, Daniel, in 2017 but tragically lost him to a drowning accident in 2018.
They have since welcomed a daughter in 2021, the same year D’banj publicly celebrated Lineo with a Hermès Birkin bag and bundles of cash.
Over the years, the Oliver Twist hitmaker has often expressed his admiration for his wife. In 2020, he described her as his “heartbeat.”
Despite maintaining a relatively private family life, D’banj occasionally offers fans heartfelt glimpses into his marriage, reaffirming his deep love and devotion to Lineo.
