Comedian and internet personality Druski has officially been cleared of all allegations tying him to a 2018 sexual assault case involving music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
On Thursday, July 3, 2025, a federal judge dismissed the lawsuit filed by Ashley Parham, citing conclusive evidence that Druski was not in California at the time of the alleged assault on March 23, 2018.
The claims, which had drawn significant public attention, were ruled baseless after phone and financial records placed the 30-year-old comedian in Georgia that day.
Judge Declares “No Connection” Between Druski and the Incident
According to AllHipHop and Complex, Judge Rita Lin ruled that there was a “complete lack of connection” between Druski, the alleged location of the assault, and other defendants named in the case. Phone records revealed 16 separate calls placed to and from Georgia numbers during the day in question—firmly establishing his location.
Judge Lin added that she was “virtually certain” Druski was not in California and had no involvement in the party where the alleged incident was said to have occurred.
Lawsuit Sparked Controversy — And May Now Spark Sanctions
The lawsuit was part of an amended complaint filed in March 2025, in which Ashley Parham accused Druski of sexually assaulting her at a party allegedly linked to Diddy. Druski, born in Maryland, vehemently denied the accusations, calling them a “fabricated lie” aimed at damaging his reputation.
In a major turn, a hearing is now scheduled for July 8 to decide whether Parham and her legal team will face sanctions, including potentially covering Druski’s legal fees for what the court sees as a meritless claim.
A Major Win for Druski
This dismissal marks a significant legal and personal victory for Druski, who has built a massive fan base through viral sketches, acting roles, and hosting duties for major events. The comedian has remained relatively quiet throughout the legal ordeal, aside from strongly denying the accusations through his team.
