American media personality Megyn Kelly is not holding back her thoughts about Jennifer Lopez’s latest stage act — and it’s causing a stir online.
On Monday, July 21, the SiriusXM host reacted to a video clip from one of J.Lo’s recent European shows during her “Up All Night: Live in 2025” tour. The clip shows the 55-year-old global superstar performing her 2011 hit “I’m Into You” with three male backup dancers in a sensual, choreography-heavy routine.
Kelly reposted the video on X (formerly Twitter) with a scathing caption:
“So she’s a soft porn star now. Great choices!”
The original post had mocked Lopez’s age, sarcastically referring to her as a “55-year-old ‘performing.’”
J.Lo’s Fans Fire Back
While Megyn Kelly’s comment drew applause from some of her followers, many J.Lo fans pushed back, calling the criticism ageist and dismissive of Lopez’s longstanding performance style.
Jennifer Lopez has built a career on her high-energy shows and bold stage presence. Her recent appearance at the American Music Awards in May, where she delivered a show-opening medley of her biggest 2024–2025 hits, was widely praised for its choreography and stage design.
From “Booty” to “On the Floor,” Lopez has never shied away from sensuality in her music or visuals — a signature part of her brand since the early 2000s.
No Love Lost Between Kelly and J.Lo?
It’s not the first time Kelly has taken aim at a female celebrity for being “too provocative.” The former Fox News anchor has previously criticized Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, and Madonna for their fashion and stage choices.
Judging by her latest comments, it’s safe to say Megyn Kelly won’t be joining the J.Lovers any time soon.
