Chioma Adeleke, wife of Afrobeats superstar Davido, has opened up on why she chose to marry the award-winning singer — and it goes far beyond fame or fortune.
In a candid chat on NoireTV, Chioma revealed that her decision was driven by Davido’s deep interest in her “personal dreams and ambitions.” She explained that despite the challenges she has faced over time, Davido constantly reminds her to focus on her own goals.
“I would say David, like, actually cares about my dreams, right? I have faced many challenges over time, but he would always ask me, Chi, apart from all of this, what do you want to do?” she said.
Chioma further teased that the couple has exciting plans in the pipeline, hinting at projects set to roll out next year. “He really cares about my personal life, my personal dreams, and things that I actually want to do outside of being his wife and a mother to his kids,” she added.
