Nigerian singer and songwriter Davido has made a grand romantic gesture by getting a permanent tattoo of his wife Chioma’s name on his body, just as the couple prepares for their wedding celebration in Miami, United States.
The revelation surfaced in a post on X (formerly Twitter), where a video showed the award-winning singer lifting his shirt to reveal the tattoo on the side of his belly, boldly displaying the name “Chioma.”
This comes shortly after Davido and Chioma made a stylish appearance at their pre-wedding party in Miami. Back in April, the singer had announced plans to hold their wedding in August, though he kept the exact date private.
Their relationship has seen both joyful moments and serious challenges. In 2021, they faced intense public speculation over Davido’s personal life, and in 2022, they suffered the devastating loss of their first son, Ifeanyi, in a drowning incident.
Despite these trials, the couple’s bond has only grown stronger. They officially tied the knot in March 2023, welcomed twins later that year, and hosted a traditional wedding in Lagos in June 2024.
