Burna Boy

Nigeria’s Grammy-winning star, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has opened up about what his life might have looked like if he hadn’t become a global music sensation.

Speaking in response to a fan’s question, Burna Boy disclosed that he would have considered some rather extreme paths.

Asked what he would have been doing if he hadn’t ended up as a singer, he replied:

“There are many options, I could be stealing oil, I could be playing basket ball, I could be a fraudster, a suicide bomber, anything including a prostitute.”

The Afrobeats giant has continued to break records on the global music scene. His collaboration with American rapper Gunna, titled WGFT from the rapper’s latest album The Last Wun, debuted at number 96 on this week’s US Billboard Hot 100 chart.
