The divorce drama between Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams and her ex-husband Simon Guobadia has taken another twist, with Simon making bold claims about Porsha’s earnings during their short-lived marriage.
Porsha, 44, filed for divorce from the 61-year-old businessman in 2024, less than two years after their wedding. While the court recently upheld their prenuptial agreement, Simon Guobadia has now filed an appeal, arguing that Porsha’s decision to return to RHOA should have voided the deal.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Simon insists the prenup was designed to cover financial support for Porsha after she left the reality series. He alleges she failed to disclose plans to rejoin the show, which she announced the same month she filed for divorce.
In his filing, Simon Guobadia further claims that Porsha earned between “approximately $8,000,000 to $9,000,000” in 2024 alone.
Despite the prenup dispute, Simon was ordered to pay his ex-wife $40,000 per month in spousal support for 14 months as part of the divorce settlement.
Meanwhile, the RHOA franchise is preparing for a shake-up, with news that two new cast members will be joining the series soon.
