Taylor Swift has achieved a new Guinness World Record after featuring on the New Heights podcast alongside her fiancé, Travis Kelce, and his brother and co-host, Jason Kelce.
The episode, which aired on 13 August, saw the music superstar reveal details about her upcoming twelfth studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, set for release on 3 October. She also discussed her relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce, her family, The Eras Tour, and her ongoing journey to reclaim ownership of her music following the masters dispute.
The two-hour podcast generated massive attention, with Guinness World Records confirming on Tuesday that it drew 1.3 million concurrent viewers on YouTube — the highest ever for a podcast. The episode, titled Taylor Swift on Reclaiming Her Masters, Wrapping The Eras Tour, and The Life of a Showgirl, has since been viewed more than 21 million times.
The record-breaking news comes shortly after Taylor Swift and Travis announced their engagement. The Love Story singer shared photos on Instagram on Tuesday showing the Kansas City Chiefs tight end proposing in a flower-filled garden, also giving fans a look at her dazzling diamond ring.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” she wrote in the caption.
The couple, both 35, began dating in 2023.
