Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has disclosed that he and his family have spent $3.7 million — approximately ₦3.33 billion — on his white wedding with Chioma.
In a video circulating online, the singer revealed the staggering amount ahead of the lavish ceremony scheduled for this weekend in Miami, Florida, USA. The event is expected to draw celebrities and dignitaries from around the world, many of whom have already begun arriving.
The revelation comes shortly after another viral clip showed Davido in an intimate moment with Chioma, sparking mixed reactions online.
Davido and Chioma previously held their grand traditional wedding in June 2024 at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Speaking about the upcoming celebration, he said: “We have spent $3.7 million (approximately ₦3.33 billion) cash so far for the wedding!”
