Rapper and TV personality Nadia Nakai is making big moves on the global stage and back home in South Africa.
The star recently jetted off to China, where she proudly represented South Africa at the International Alcohol Beverage Expo. Taking to Instagram, Nadia shared moments from her trip, including a meeting with top leaders.
She captioned one post:
“Former Chinese Ambassador of South Africa Siyabonga Cwele, Mr George Sebulela and myself had the honour of meeting the Governor of Guizhou Li Bingjun at the South African stand at the International Alcohol Beverages Expo in China.”

Beyond her travels, Nadia is trending again for the return of her reality show, Nadia – Beyond Bragga. The highly anticipated second season premiered on Saturday, 6 September 2025, at 19:00 CAT on BET Africa, with repeat episodes airing every Tuesday at 17:30 on MTV Base.
The 10-part series promises to dive deeper into the rapper’s personal life, capturing her growth, challenges, and emotional journey.
Speaking to The Citizen, Nadia revealed that this season will showcase more authenticity:
“What made me decide to open up even more this time around is just more of my dynamics around me. In Season 2 everybody got into their stride. They were comfortable, and that made it easier for me to be comfortable, too. We could all give our authentic selves as a collective.”
