Nozipho Ntshangase Opens Up on Motherhood, Healing, and Life After Separation

In a heartfelt episode of The Motherhood Network podcast hosted by Nandi Madida, media personality and The Mommy Club star Nozipho Ntshangase shared her personal journey as a woman, mother of eight, and individual rebuilding her life after challenges.

Speaking candidly, Nozipho reflected on the highs and lows of motherhood, blended families, and the emotional pain of going through a public separation. She admitted the experience was deeply painful but also transformative.

“You can’t not go through something that is life-changing and not in a good way and not feel rejection. When you have certain plans for your life and suddenly you have to change those plans not because you want to, you don’t immediately see it as redirection. It took a long time for me to do some work, I said this is not rejection, it’s redirection,” she explained, crediting therapy for playing a major role in her healing.

I love the changes our bodies go through after pregnancies… but this was for me. This chapter is mine and it’s the redirection, it’s the refocus,” she said.
