Queen Akeredolu has publicly accused Lagos-based fashion designer Eyitayo Idowu, popularly known as Thayor B, and her friends of assault and theft.
In a lengthy statement posted on social media, Queen alleged that she endured one of the most “unbelievable and painful days” of her life on Saturday, September 6, 2025, after she was lured to Thayor B’s apartment in Lekki under the guise of discussing work.
According to her, Thayor B had previously hired her for a project in June 2025 and even expressed satisfaction with her work. However, things took a dark turn during their latest meeting.
“Immediately my staff left the apartment, Thayor and her friends pounced on me and started beating me. They inflicted inhumane injuries on me, locked me in the apartment for hours, and later threw me out at night,” Queen alleged.
She further claimed that her personal belongings, including a 16 Pro Max iPhone, 15 Pro Max, Wigo Sunglasses, and cash worth ₦1.3 million, were taken from her during the incident.
Queen also alleged that she was threatened not to speak out about the assault but decided to share her story to clear the air after rumors started spreading online.
Her statement concluded with a demand for justice and accountability, while naming Thayor B, her sister, and her close friends (Tiwa, Treasure, and Funke) as those allegedly involved in the assault.
As of now, Thayor B has not publicly responded to the allegations.
