Kenyan socialite and businesswoman, Vera Sidika, has advised women not to depend on domestic duties or intimacy as a way to secure a man’s loyalty.
In a post shared via Instagram on Monday, September 15, 2025, Sidika cautioned that cooking, cleaning, or bedroom tricks cannot guarantee the stability of a relationship.
She wrote:
“Here to remind you that no amount of cooking, cleaning, cartwheels, monkey styles can EVER keep a man. Stay woke, sisters.”
Sidika stressed that putting excessive effort into household roles or intimacy does not necessarily translate into commitment from a partner.
