Former Child Actress Opemipo Bamgbopa Ties the Knot

Former Nigerian child star Opemipo Bamgbopa has officially tied the knot.

Her mother, Bose Joseph, shared a photo from the court wedding on Facebook on Wednesday, captioning it, “The Lord’s doing.”

A day earlier, Opemipo’s cousin also posted a video of the actress getting her makeover done for the ceremony, writing,

“My beautiful cousin @opebamgbopa is officially off the market💃💃 Congratulations dearest, I wish you a blissful and fruitful married life baby❤️.”

Following the post, several colleagues and fans took to the comment section to celebrate the actress.

Shola Kosoko wrote, “Wow. Congratulations my darling ❤️ 😘 ♥️.”

As of press time, details about Opemipo’s husband remain private.

Opemipo rose to fame in the early 2000s as a child actress in popular Yoruba films and TV productions such as Maradona. Her natural acting talent and captivating screen presence made her one of the most admired young stars of her time.
