Al-Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo has reacted following his team’s elimination from the King Cup of Champions by Al-Ittihad on Tuesday night.
The Portuguese forward urged his teammates to learn from the defeat and stay united as they continue their campaign this season.
Recall that Al-Ittihad defeated Al-Nassr 2-1 in the Round of 16 clash, knocking Ronaldo’s side out of the competition.
Taking to his official X (Twitter) account, the 40-year-old shared a photo of himself and his teammates, alongside a brief but powerful message.
“We stand tall, learn, and move forward together,” Ronaldo wrote.
His post quickly went viral, with thousands of fans praising his leadership and sportsmanship despite the disappointing result.
Al-Nassr will look to bounce back when they face Al Feiha in their next Saudi Pro League fixture on Saturday.
