Justin Bieber has opened up about a painful injury that has made even singing difficult for him this week. The 31-year-old singer shared the update with fans during a Twitch livestream, explaining that he hurt his hip after falling off a one-wheel — a self-balancing electric skateboard with a single motorised wheel.
In a clip circulating on social media, Justin Bieber admitted the pain was intense.
“My rib hurts so f**king bad, bro, you saw it happen, right?” he said. “That s**t bro is hurting me bad, bro, I’m trying to play it cool, bro, this s**t is f**king with me.”
Facing the camera, the Sorry hitmaker added, “Chad, I f**king fell on my side on that one-wheel and landed on my (hip), so even singing, laughing, everything hurts.”
The disclosure comes after months of growing concern from fans, who have closely followed Justin Bieber’s sporadic posts throughout 2025 amid speculation about his health and well-being.
Despite the discomfort, Justin was last seen on Thursday night attending the GQ after-party in Los Angeles with his wife, model and Rhode founder Hailey Bieber.
Hailey, who graces the cover of GQ’s Men of the Year 30th-anniversary issue, discussed their family life in the accompanying interview. The 28-year-old noted that she and Justin — who share their 14-month-old son, Jack Blues — are taking parenthood “a day at a time.”
Speaking on raising their child under intense public scrutiny, she explained, “We both feel very protective of our son, and I don’t think that’s ever going to change, but our life is our life and it is really public, so I think we’re just going to cross every bridge that we need to when we get there.”
