Beyoncé Shocks Fans with Cigarette Prop During Paris Cowboy Carter Concert, Brings Out Jay-Z for Surprise Duet

Pop icon Beyoncé has officially joined the billionaire club, with Forbes estimating her net worth at over $1 billionfollowing the massive success of her Cowboy Carter era.

According to the publication, Beyoncé’s fortune surged after her 2024 album Cowboy Carter and the subsequent Cowboy Carter Tour in 2025, which grossed more than $407 million, making it the highest-grossing tour of the year. Forbes reports that the 44-year-old superstar earned $148 million in 2025 alone, pushing her net worth from a previous estimate of $780 million past the billion-dollar mark.

The global star benefited from expanded commercial opportunities tied to the album, its chart-topping success, and her world tour. Cowboy Carter debuted at No. 1, with hit tracks such as “Texas Hold ’Em,” while also breaking barriers within the country music genre.

Beyoncé first rose to fame in the late 1990s as part of Destiny’s Child, one of the best-selling girl groups of all time, before launching a hugely successful solo career in 2003 with Dangerously in Love. Over the years, she has sold more than 200 million records worldwide, cementing her status as one of music’s biggest global stars.

Her touring power remains unmatched. In 2023, the Renaissance World Tour grossed $579 million across 56 shows, averaging roughly $10 million per night. She co-founded Ivy Park in 2016, later regaining full ownership in 2022, and launched luxury haircare brand Cécred in 2024, which reportedly sold out instantly and is projected to generate around $100 million.

Beyoncé now becomes the fifth musician to achieve billionaire status, joining Jay-Z, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Bruce Springsteen. Her husband, Jay-Z, is reportedly worth about $2.5 billion, bringing the couple’s combined net worth to over $4 billion.

At 44, Beyoncé has firmly established herself not just as a music legend, but also as one of the most powerful business figures in global entertainment.
