Megan Thee Stallion Wins Defamation Case Against Blogger

Nicki Minaj Throws Shade at Megan Thee Stallion

Megan Thee Stallion has won yet another significant legal battle — this time in a defamation lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz.

A Miami federal jury delivered a unanimous verdict in favor of the Grammy-winning rapper, finding Gramz liable for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and amplifying a non-consensual deepfake pornographic video involving Megan Thee Stallion. The case also accused Gramz of collaborating with Tory Lanez to circulate hateful narratives targeting the ‘Lover Girl’ star.

After two days of deliberation, jurors sided with Megan Thee Stallion, awarding her $75,000 in damages. Under Florida law, Gramz is also required to cover the rapper’s legal fees associated with the deepfake video’s promotion.

The verdict marks another decisive chapter in the prolonged legal fallout surrounding Megan and Lanez — and reinforces the court’s growing stance against deepfake harassment and online defamation.
