One person was arrested early Monday, January 5, after windows were smashed at the Cincinnati residence of United States Vice President JD Vance.
The incident reportedly occurred just hours after Vance and his family left the home to return to Washington, D.C. According to WLWT-TV, the vice president had spent the previous week in Cincinnati, also known as the Queen City.
Authorities have not yet disclosed the identity of the suspect or the charges that may be filed.
A spokesperson for the US Secret Service confirmed the incident, stating that investigations are ongoing and that further details would be released “as soon as possible.”
