Veteran Nollywood actress Genevieve Nnaji have schooled actor Deyemi who tried to make a joke out of the Women Supporting Women challenge going on.
Instagram in the past few days have been buzzing with a new challenge which top
celebrities are meant to nominate themselves and show support to the
hardwork and effort they are putting in their respective projects.
Top celebrities in all walk of life have joined in the challenge but Deyemi who seems
not too impressed with the challenge decided to poke fun at ladies involved in
the challenge.
Deyemi while reacting to the challenge shared a picture of himself dressed as a
lady and captioned with a similar message ladies have been using as their caption.
Not too impressed with this, Genevieve silenced Deyemi by asking what he felt he
had done by poking fun at a challenge which was meant to support hard-working ladies.
Genevieve noted that the feeling that made Deyemi poke fun at such a huge challenge
is something ladies feel everyday of their life and this are one of the reasons they
feel overlooked when trying to pass a message across.
She urged ladies to keep supporting themselves amd hope Deyemi can learn from what he has done so that such thing won’t occur in the nearest future.
