Early Life
Susan Pwajok (born January 15, 2003, 23 years old) is from the Berom tribe in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. The Berom/Birom people are Plateau State’s largest autochthonous ethnic group, with ancestral homes in Jos North, Jos South, Barkin Ladi (Gwol), and Riyom local government areas. Some Beroms can be found in parts of Southern Kaduna, where they live.

The people’s predominant religions are Christianity and Traditional African religion, and their indigenous language is Berom. Susan Pwajok and her family members are among the 1 million Beroms who make up a significant portion of Nigeria’s 201 million population, according to the most recent census data (2019 estimates).
Susan, a Berom by tribe, is among millennials born in cities far from their parents’ ancestral land. She was born in Lagos State, Nigeria’s commercial capital, and raised on the abundant Ikoyi Island.
Education
She attended Greenwood Primary School, Parkview in Ikoyi, Lagos state. She graduated from secondary school in 2020 after passing her WAEC SSCE examination with flying colours. She is currently planning to continue her studies. She needs to detail the university or course she wishes to pursue.
Career
As a 3-year-old, she landed her first acting role in a stage play titled Adaobi is Getting Married, but she had to put her acting career on hold for the next six years. At the time, Susan was a student at Greenwood Private School in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi.
She was getting ready to return to her childhood passion, acting, as she grew older. Still, when the opportunity to model as a child arose, she (or her parents on her behalf) seized it with both hands, modelling for Kf Faces in Ikeja. Susan Pwajok starred in her first notable Nigerian film, The Tunnel, in 2014.

For an 11-year-old, seeing her in the same film as Waje Iruobe as Sade, Femi Jacobs as Pastor Lade Olagbesan, Patrick Doyle, Nse Ikpe Etim, Femi Akeredolu, and Lepacious Bose was a loud cheer for her acting career. Stanlee Ohikhuare directed the film, while the trio – Adejumoke Atunde, Grace Edwin-Okon, and Morenike Erinle were the producers.
Susan Pwajok pursued her acting career after the success of her first official Nollywood film and seeing the caliber of actors and actresses who stand out as some of Nollywood’s best heads she starred with. She has also expanded her income sources to include non-acting references. She auditioned for a role in Tinsel in 2014 but was instead cast in an African Magic Original Film.
