Tope Adenibuyan, also known as Teddy A, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, has revealed how he proposed to his wife, Bambam.
Remember how the two met on the blockbuster reality show Big Brother Naija and fell in love? A year after leaving the programme, the couple married and are now the proud parents of two daughters.
Teddy A said in an interview with media personality Nedu that he proposed to Bambam two weeks after they had a heated quarrel.
He revealed that their relationship had been embroiled in a serious argument that lasted approximately two weeks.
According to him, the relationship appeared to be on the verge of disintegration, prompting Teddy A to seek resolution to their tumultuous situation.
Fortunately for him, he sought the guidance of his brother in the United States, who set his mind right and made him realise how much he loved his fiancée.
Fearing he’d lose her, he arranged a surprise proposal for Bambam and told her manager not to tell her.
He begged him to keep her in the dark and created a plan to deceive her about the chosen venue.
Bambam was completely taken aback and stunned by the proposal, which had no doubt swept her off her feet.
