Blackface calls out Asake for allegedly stealing hit song “Joha” from him

Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo, also known as Blackface, has made allegations against Olamide, the head of YBNL, and his artist Asake, claiming that they have stolen his songs.

Blackface expressed his views on the matter during The Honest Bunch Podcast, stating that Olamide has taken several songs throughout his career.

Specifically, he mentioned that Olamide took his song “Killa” and turned it into “Don’t Stop.”

Furthermore, Blackface accused Wizkid and Burna Boy of stealing his collaborative hit song “Ginger,” asserting that it was inspired by his own song “Twist & Turn.”

He stated that not only have other artists stolen his lyrics, but they have also replicated the sounds he created.

He said when he wanted to use the beat of P-Square’s ‘Do Me’ for his song ‘Erima’, he took permission from the producer, Joe.
