The management of the late singer, Mohbad, has reportedly filed a lawsuit against his father for defamation of character.
They are demanding that he withdraw his slanderous statement and pay N200M in damages.
It was previously stated by the singer’s father in an interview with TVC that his late son had a will, which was thumbprinted instead of signed.
However, the management strongly denied this claim, stating that such a will is unrealistic and unheard of.
According to a legal letter allegedly sent by Mohbad’s management, they have taken legal action against his father and are demanding an apology and a retraction of his slanderous statements.
They are also seeking N200M in damages.
