Jasmine Okafor, the adopted daughter of Mr Ibu, has responded to the recent news of her alleged arrest by the Police Force.
In a statement released by the Police, it was reported that Jasmine and her step brother, Daniel Oyeabuchi Okafor, were arrested for stealing a whopping sum of N55 Million from the funds collected for Mr Ibu’s surgery.
The statement revealed that they intended to leave Nigeria with the money and had already prepared their passports for the trip.
Jasmine Okafor, however, has expressed her shock at the arrest and claims that the amount stolen exceeds the initial reported sum.
