Kate Henshaw, a renowned Nollywood actress, is in sadness after losing her mother on the same day that her senior colleague, Mr Ibu, dies.
Emeka Rollas, President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), announced the news on his official Instagram page on Saturday.
In his message, Rollas stated that the death of Henshaw’s mother was a “sad day” for the AGN community.
“Sad Day for Actors Guild of Nigeria. Kate Henshaw lost her mother earlier today,” he captioned the post.
It is worth noting that Mr Ibu also passed on the same day, March 2nd 2024, after undergoing surgery.
