At his extravagant wedding, Anant Ambani, the son of an Indian billionaire, gifted his friends limited edition Rose Gold Audemars Piguet watches worth $200k (N320M) each.
The 29-year-old, son of India’s richest man, married Radhika Merchant, the daughter of wealthy pharmaceutical tycoons Viren and Shaila Merchant in a lavish ceremony that reportedly cost $600 million.
In addition to the luxurious watches, Ambani also wore a Grandmaster Chime 5175 ‘175th anniversary’ wristwatch worth $50 million on his special day.
International celebrities like Justin Bieber and Rihanna were paid millions for their performances at the pre-wedding event, while Nigerian singer Rema received $3 million to perform at the wedding.
