Despite only being ahead by 29,032, Kendrick’s rise to the top is impressive considering Drake’s usual dominance in this category.
With this milestone, Kendrick Lamar now sits as the second-highest MC, with only Eminem ahead of him.
Eminem’s recent album release, The Death of Slim Shady, is expected to be a chart-topper, but Kendrick’s recent success with his track “Not Li” and music video show that he is not to be underestimated.
