Man City turns down Man Utd’s request for free ride to Ballon d’Or

BREAKING: 2020 Ballon d'Or Award cancelled due to break in football

Manchester United’s request to have Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo flown to the Ballon d’Or ceremony on Monday by Manchester City has been denied.

Man City informed United that their flight was full as they had already arranged for a private jet to take their delegation to Paris for the event.

Man United had asked City if there was any room on the flight for their two players, but unfortunately, they were told that there was no space available.

This news comes as United implements cost-saving measures following the arrival of Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his INEOS group at the club earlier this year.
