Regina Daniels, a Nollywood actress, has revealed how her mother and relatives opposed her marriage to Ned Nwoko, an elderly politician.
During an Instagram live session with her friends, the light-skinned screen diva denied that she had no choice but to marry Ned.
Regina informed them that she had over 20 lovers when she met Ned Nwoko and was visiting one of them when they met.
The mother of two advised females not to let their boyfriends prevent them from meeting their spouses, and she promised to share her natural story later.
“I was going to visit my boyfriend, I was so angry, I was like mum, ‘Why do we all need to go visit and go sightseeing?’. But when we got there, we met a cute man. Moral of the story: Your boyfriend should not stop you from finding your husband.
When I saw him with my husband, I forgot I was supposed to have a boyfriend. At that time, I had like 20 boyfriends. All serving different purposes. When people think I didn’t have a choice or my mum forced me, not knowing that my mum was against it. My full family said No, but one day, I am going to share our story”.
