South African music sensation Moonchild Sanelly is celebrating her 37th birthday with exciting news for her fans. The daring and unabashedly unique artist has announced the release of her new single, Tequila, which will be available on December 5—just in time to heat up the holiday season.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME Boobeams – to celebrate I’m super excited to announce the next single off my upcoming album ‘Full Moon’ is Tequila coming 5th December,” she said to Twitter and Instagram.
According to IOL, this statement adds to the excitement around her highly anticipated third studio album, Full Moon, which is scheduled for release on January 10, 2025.
The album, produced by Johan Hugo—known for his work with global stars like MIA and Kano—was recorded across Malawi, the UK, and Sweden, bringing an international flair infused with Moonchild’s signature energy.
That’s not all—Moonchild is taking her music on the road in 2025. Her headline tour kicks off on March 18 in Manchester, covering major cities across the UK and Ireland, including Dublin, Glasgow, and Birmingham. The tour wraps up in style with a grand finale at London’s legendary Heaven nightclub on March 26.
