Timaya has revealed an intriguing account regarding a studio interaction between Burna Boy, Omawumi, and Waje.
In an interview with Naija FM in Lagos, Timaya described the occurrence, demonstrating Burna Boy’s unshakeable confidence and determination.
According to Timaya, Burna Boy confidently stated that he would one day be successful enough to ride in private jets.
Omawumi and Waje, on the other hand, questioned his assertion, believing the young artist’s goal to be unrealistic.
Timaya revealed that Burna Boy, fueled by his deep-seated belief in his future, refused to tolerate their disbelief and asked them to leave the studio.
“Nothing Burna Boy is doing now surprises me. The guy is fearless. There was one time when Burna Boy, Omawumi and Waje were in the studio, and he [Burna Boy] started saying that a time would come when he would be getting paid to enter jet.
“Omawumi and Waje started doubting him because then Nigerian artists hadn’t started flying private jets. He got angry and opened the studio door and asked them to leave.”
