FCT Minister Nyesom Wike declared himself indifferent to his critics, stating that he is solely focused on developing the Federal Capital Territory.
At the event marking the beginning of construction for the Body of Benchers office annex in Abuja, Wike claimed that as a politician, he will not listen to any negative comments or actions from his detractors.
According to Wike: “The good thing about us, you know, as a politician, you must have thick skin. I have thick skin.
“I don’t even hear what people say. I don’t even see those who are saying it, and I can’t reply.
“Three signals a politician must always have.
“One, he can’t see. Two, he can’t talk. Three, he can’t hear.
“So, whatever they are saying, you don’t even hear. Those who are saying it, you don’t even see.
